This page describes how we calculate refunds.



How we process your Refund
When you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item and notify you via e-mail of your refund. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Whilst we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks from our receiving your return before funds are refunded.

Items returned within our 7-day returns guarantee period
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within our 7-day returns guarantee period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item including delivery costs.

We will not refund the cost of you returning the item to us and in the event that we collect the returned goods from you, we reserve the right to recover those costs and will deduct this from your refund.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because the goods were damaged in transit to you, they are defective, or we sent incorrect items, then we will refund the cost of the items, including delivery costs and pay your costs in returning the items to us.

Please note that in accordance with our Returns Policy any items that are not defective must be returned to us unopened with any original seals and wrapping in place.

Infinartum will check all items returned to us as damaged, defective or incorrect. In the event we find no fault, or we believe that damaged or incorrect items have been opened, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the items and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
