Receiving your order
When taking delivery of your order and unpacking goods, please remove all items from the packaging as carefully as possible, whilst trying to avoid ripping the outer packaging. In the event that you need to return any items, this packaging can be re-used to ensure the items are not damaged on their return journey.
Infinartum will not accept returns where insufficient packaging has been used and damage is caused to items specifically for this reason.

Thinking of returning an item ?
Mistakes happen, we understand that. Therefore our returns policy is put in place to assist you in returning goods for whatever reason - be it accidental damage during transit, incorrect goods shipped by Infinartum, or simply because you have changed your mind on your order.

What are our terms for the return of goods
Customers who placed online orders with Infinartum can return goods under the following conditions :-

Our 7-day returns guarantee
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened ( with any seals and shrink-wrap completely intact ) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, subject to our
Refunds Policy
.
Please note that we will only accept the return of opened items if they are defective, therefore we ask all customers to check their goods carefully on receipt before breaking any seals and unwrapping, to ensure they are the correct items and have not been damaged in transit.
We reserve the right to send back any returned items that have been returned to us after 7 days, or items that have been opened and are not considered defective.

Returning damaged items
Our despatch process is such that all items are caefully picked, checked, packed and inspected before leaving our premises to ensure that all items are shipped in perfect condition.
If on receipt of the delivery, it is obvious that the outer packaging has clearly been damaged in transit, please accept the delivery and make a note on the courier's documentation that goods have been received as damaged, giving details of the type of damage visible.
If you are unable to visually check the packaging for whatever reason, please mark the courier's documentation as "unchecked".
After signing for the goods as "unchecked", please carefully remove the goods from the outer packaging and inspect all items carefully before removing any seals or wrapping.
Any damaged items must be reported to Infinartum immediately and returned according to our 7-day returns guarantee.

Returning defective items
Our regular checks on quality should prevent the despatch of defective items, however it is possible that on occasion, certain items may pass our stringent checks.

Returning incorrect items
If we have sent you an item you did not order ( an "incorrect item" ), then you can return the goods and request either a refund on that item, accourding to our
Refunds Policy
, or request a replacement with the correct item.
Any incorrect items must be reported to Infinartum immediately and must be returned according to our 7-day returns guarantee.

How to prepare, pack and return items
If you wish to return any items, please ensure that the goods are protected from any possible damage during transit. Where possible, please re-use the original packaging materials that the goods were despatched in by Infinartum.
If you are unable to return the goods yourself, please inform Infinartum immediately so that we can arrange for a courier to collect the items to be returned.
